Dato Henry Pheng Chin Guan is the Corporate Affairs Director of Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (MESB). He joined MESB on 1st April 2023 to lead a critical function pertaining to corporate affairs in the areas of finance and general management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia, and is a full member of CPA Australia, as well as a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Throughout his career, he has held several prominent positions. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd until 2014. He was also appointed as the Executive Director / CEO of Kinsteel Bhd until 2019.

As the former Honorary Secretary of the Malaysia Steel Association, his extensive qualifications are evident in his portfolio, where he sits on the board of various other private limited companies in Malaysia. Dato Pheng’s versatile experience, strategic insights and leadership roles make him a respected figure in the business and finance community.
