The Maju Expressway is a Government of Malaysia (Government) highway project. The highway project is undertaken by Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (MESB), a single purpose company which holds the concession granted by the Government to design, construct, maintain, operate and manage the 26km Maju Expressway.
The concession is for a period of 33 years commencing from 6th December 2004.
MESB is a subsidairy of Bright Focus Bhd. Which in turn is wholly owned subsidiary company fo Maju Holdins Sdn Bhd.
